Our youth ministry exists to REACH non-Christian teenagers, to UNITE students in Christ,
and to GUIDE them into mature faith so they can SERVE others and GLORIFY God.
Opportunities for Spiritual Growth during the School Year
Power Hour is for any 6th, 7th or 8th grader, regardless if they attend our church or not. We meet Wednesdays from September through May from 6:30-8:00p. We start in the Multi-purpose Room for games, followed with a short Bible lesson in the Crossroads Room. We also do special event activities each month. Tell everyone and bring your buddies! Bring your Bibles, too.
D/C (Discipleship / Confirmation) meets monthly for service and mission projects during the school year; for grades 6th-8th.

This site has the current cutting edge media highlights, youth culture news, and research summaries that parents and teens want to stay on top of. (ie texting, cell phones, gaming, social networking, etc.)
This site is produced by Focus on the Family and gives current reviews on newest movies, videos, music, tv shows, and electronic games, and is a great resource for determining if your family should rent a DVD or attending a movie. Each review will indicate exactly the content for violence, sexual, spiritual, crude or profane language, drug and alcohol, and any positive or negative elements otherwise. Many older movies are in the archives to check before ordering them from Netflix or renting. The music link gives pro-social & objectionable content (gives lyrics), and summary advisory.
